Meet the founder.
The idea of Found was to offer people who aren’t necessarily marketing experts a clear, simple and jargon-free approach to promoting their business. To help people better understand their own brand brilliance and how to implement ideas… hopefully teaching them something about the principles of brand building along the way.
I bring with me a perspective which is as unique as it is far-ranging: with years of work across some of London’s top advertising, PR and branding agencies, I’ve worked with a wealth of clients, from large corporate multi-nationals to charities and individual business owners and entrepreneurs.
After a decade working within the ad industry for some of London’s top agencies, I became marketing director of NABS, the ad industry’s support organisation, where I co-founded the industry’s anti-sexual harassment initiative, timeTo, and built networks of passionate and inspiring industry leaders and shapers.
I went on to work for Advertising Week, finding and recruiting some of the greatest thinkers and thought leaders from within and outside the advertising world. Here, I gave a platform to initiatives and businesses that I care deeply about: from male mental health and the future of masculinity; to mentorship, future leadership and business with purpose.
Moving to Amsterdam to lead brand strategy for a communications consultancy, I led workshops and brand overhauls, working with film production companies, advertisers and even branding agencies themselves to help their leaders identify, articulate and communicate their uniqueness to the world.
Back in London, I now work with entrepreneurs and business owners from London, Amsterdam, New York and Boston, helping them define, articulate and communicate their brand story. I’m particularly focussed on working with businesses with social impact, sustainability and community-centric portfolios.
I’d love to hear from you. Whether you’re just exploring your options, or ready to take the next step with your project, business or brand, give me a call or drop me an email.
Cheers!
Luke
